Welcome to Annalaxmi (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of this Platform is permitted only to persons who are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Users below 18 years of age must access the Platform under parental supervision. 

3. Account Registration

To access certain services, you must register and maintain an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain its confidentiality. You are solely responsible for activities that occur under your account. 

4. Services Provided

Annalaxmi operates as a hyperlocal grocery and daily essentials delivery platform, facilitating product ordering and home delivery from nearby partner stores. 
Availability of products may vary depending on your location. 

5. Pricing and Taxation

• All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) under GSTIN 24AAUCA9724C1ZJ. 

• Prices, offers, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. 

• In case of pricing errors or system discrepancies, Annalaxmi reserves the right to cancel or modify the order with due notification. 

6. Order Placement & Acceptance

Placing an order through the Platform constitutes an offer to purchase. Confirmation via SMS, email, or app notification signifies acceptance. 
Orders may be cancelled in case of: 

• Product unavailability 

• Incorrect pricing or listing 

• Delivery limitations beyond serviceable areas 

7. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods: 

• UPI (Unified Payments Interface) 

• Cash on Delivery (COD) 

Prepaid transactions are processed through secure gateways. If your payment is deducted but the order fails, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days. 

8. Delivery Policy

Deliveries are available within defined serviceable pin codes. 
Delivery time slots are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.). 
If a delivery fails due to wrong address or customer unavailability, reattempt charges may apply. 

9. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

• Cancellations: Permitted before the order is dispatched. 

• Returns: Accepted only for damaged, expired, or incorrect items, verified upon delivery. 

• Refunds: Initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 working days post-approval. 

Perishable items once accepted cannot be returned. 

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, including text, logos, graphics, and software, are the property of Annalaxmi Agro Private Limited. 
You are not permitted to reproduce, modify, or redistribute content without written authorization. 

11. User Obligations

Users shall not: 

• Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities. 

• Misuse promotional offers. 

• Upload malicious code or attempt to hack or disrupt the Platform. 

Violation of these may result in account suspension or legal action. 

12. Limitation of Liability

Annalaxmi shall not be liable for: 

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 

• Delays or failure in performance due to factors beyond its control. 

Maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the order value. 

13. Privacy

All user data is handled per our Privacy Policy, ensuring confidentiality of personal and transactional information in compliance with Indian data protection norms. 

14. Governing Law &Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. 
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
