At Annalaxmi, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If a product does not meet expectations, we will help you with a replacement or refund as per the terms below.
- Eligible Returns
You can request a return or replacement if:
- You received an incorrect item.
- The product was damaged, expired, or defective upon delivery.
- The package was missing items or tampered with.
- Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Fresh produce (fruits, vegetables, dairy, frozen goods, bakery items)
- Perishable or opened food items
- Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling
- Return Procedure
- Raise a request within 24 hours of delivery via the app or email.
- Provide order ID and clear photo/video proof if requested.
- Once approved, a replacement or refund will be initiated.
- Refund Timelines
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after verification.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (bank/UPI/wallet).
- Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before dispatch only.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible but may be eligible for return as above.
