Shipping & Delivery Policy

We at Annalaxmi deliver across India through our network of Kirana partners and local delivery agents. 

1. Service Area

• Delivery is available in selected cities and PIN codes. 

• Service availability will be shown at checkout. 

2. Delivery Time

• Same-day or next-day delivery for orders placed before the cutoff time. 

• Delivery time may vary based on traffic, weather, or location. 

3. Delivery Charges

• Free delivery above the minimum order value (displayed during checkout). 

• Standard delivery fee applies to smaller orders. 

4. Order Tracking

• Real-time tracking available via the Annalaxmi app or website. 

• SMS or WhatsApp notifications will be sent when your order is dispatched or out for delivery. 

5. Failed Deliveries

If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability: 

• Our team will attempt redelivery once. 

• If still unsuccessful, the order will be canceled and refunded (excluding delivery charges). 

6. Delivery Delays

We aim to deliver on time, but unforeseen events (rains, strikes, holidays, etc.) may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
