Returns & Refund Policy

At Annalaxmi, customer satisfaction is our top priority. 
If a product does not meet expectations, we will help you with a replacement or refund as per the terms below. 

  1. Eligible Returns

You can request a return or replacement if: 

  • You received an incorrect item. 
  • The product was damaged, expired, or defective upon delivery. 
  • The package was missing items or tampered with. 
  1. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for: 

  • Fresh produce (fruits, vegetables, dairy, frozen goods, bakery items) 
  • Perishable or opened food items 
  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling 
  1. Return Procedure
  1. Raise a request within 24 hours of delivery via the app or email. 
  1. Provide order ID and clear photo/video proof if requested. 
  1. Once approved, a replacement or refund will be initiated. 
  1. Refund Timelines
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after verification. 
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (bank/UPI/wallet). 
  1. Cancellations
  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch only. 
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible but may be eligible for return as above.
